Thanks. We'll let you know when a new response is added.

You need to create and Auto reply agent.

1. Goto Create ->Agent
2. In the properties box, enter any name for the agent and select ” After Mail Arrives” in the first drop down in runtime section.
3. Close the properties box and click on Add action button at the bottom of the window.
4. Select Reply to Send from the Action drop down menu..type ur message…save the agent….and exit
(This has to done on the server copy of the mail database and not on the local copy….otherwise response would be sent after certian delay…)

MISSION Accomplished…..

    Yes, that is it. But is there a way to create an exception to stop the reply-to-myself loop? Do I have to create an agent using Lotus script rather than the simple method? Any help on this will be highly appreciated!

    It's easy. 1.) Bring up an existing message 2.) Click the "More" tab at the top 3.) Click the "Out of Office..." menu item (second from the top) 4.) Fill out the dialog a.) Select when you're leaving; default = "Today" b.) Select when you're returning; default = "Tomorrow" c.) Fill in the subject, or let default = Your Name + " is out of the office." d.) Fill in the body (e.g. "Sorry folks! I got fired so all of my correspondence is going to my former boss. Have a nice day!") 5.) Click "Enable and Close" You're done!
