I have setup meeting rooms on Exchange 2003 with Outlook 2007 clients.  The problem is users are able to delete other user's appointments for meeting rooms.  We are using a direct booking method - No auto agents.  Please advise how to allow only the organizer to delete the meeting rooms. Thanks. Sam

Thanks for the share. The information on meeting rooms and especially the results are quite better. I like the quality and the way in which the post is written.

Unfortunately the way you have worded this question has made it unclear as to the exact issue occuring. You say you have rooms set up, do you mean set up as resource mailboxes for meetings? Then you say users can delete other's appointments and end by saying they can delete the rooms. Which is it? If you have set up the rooms as resource mailboxes what method are you using to grant permissions to book the resource? Please provide more details that clearly define the issue. Thanks.
