How to move LUNs to new Virtual Machine
I'm using vSphere 4.0, ESX 4.0, and have a DELL CX 300 SAN with LUNs that are attached to a DELL blade server w/hba. I need to move the LUN's from the blade serve and attach them to a new VM. I know that I need to use RDM but not sure where to start or how to proceed. Do I have to move or copy data from current LUN's to new RDM LUN's or just attach the LUN's to the VM? Thanks

Are you trying to assign the LUN directly to the VM or do you want to map the LUN through vSphere to the guest?
