How to move Active Directory child domains to the root domain?
I have 6 Active Directory child domains and one AD root domain in Windows 2000 Functional Level. I also have 5 Exchange 5.5 orgs and one Exchange 2003 org. My problem is we want to move all of the Active Directory Child domains, their resources and their users into the Root Domain. Also we want to move all of the Exchange Servers into one Exchange 2003 organization and go native 2003 for everything. I do not know what would be the best route to get to an AD and Exchange 2003 Native single domain and forest from where I currently am. Any documentation or answers you could personally give me on how to accomplish this would be great. I get lots of answers from people but always indirect none that say hey this is what you should do phase and step by step?
