Here is what is involved: FOREST1 with its own Microsoft exchange server EXCH1, FOREST2 with its own Exchange server as well EXCH1, and USER1. Scenario: 1)- USER1 Outlook Rules and Wizard while logged on in fores1 are exported to a .RWZ file 2)- ser1 account is migrated from Forest1 to Forest2. His mailbox is also moved from Forest1 to forest2 using EXMERGE tool. His new exchange server is now EXCH2. 3)- After USER1 migration to FOREST2, everything works fine. 4)- Now, after importing the .RWZ in the new environment the don't retain their original settings, and they have to be fixed manually; it's because the email folders ID are different in the new environment. My question is, is there a tool that can help me solved this issue so I won't have to recreate the rules for every user.

This is not a problem, this is a "feature" of microsoft outlook and exchange. :-) I know of no tool which will accomplish this across all mailboxes for all users, no. Most users don't have a problem with re-creating their own rules; at least in our organization they didn't, thankfully. Not to say there won't be some who complain, but that is unavoidable. Be kind and understanding when they call in, and good luck to you :-)
