But Outlook Express contains some crucial email from clients. So, I want to access Outlook Express DBX Files in Windows Live Mail or Windows 10 Mail. Is there any method or solution to do so? Please help me soon

Open windows live mail > File > Import messages and select outlook express / whatever version is there. Now copy your address book by clicking Tools > Contacts > File > Import > Address book. For DBX files etc. it can be located within outlook express by clicking Tools > Options > Maintenance > Store Folder. Now follow the on-screen instructions to complete the job.

Thanks, Subhendu Sen to provide me the solution to migrate from Outlook Express to Windows Live Mail. I have tried your solution but the process is so typical and hectic. I perform it on one user mailbox.
I also find a blog on Microsoft instating complete solution to import Outlook Express to Windows Live. So I followed that blog and tool mentioned in that article.

As you mentioned, you experienced this method on one user mailbox. If it is successful, you can go through it, however, this is time consuming and requires patience. You can also use this tool to do the job in more faster way.
