Try the steps…. from EMC > Recipient conf, now right click on mailbox > properties. In mailbox settings, just double click the Storage quotas. Now make uncheck “Use mailbox database defaults” & type desire value. click ok and apply the settings. U can also set this with set-transportconfig cmdlet utility.
