 How to get the hyperlink in the outlook bar Bold when a new message arrived in a mailboxl?

Is it Possible to get the hyperlink on the Outlook bar Bold with an new in-coming message? Standard it shows only the count of unread messages, I also like to have this go bold with every new message (Just like in the folder view) I'm using outlook 2002 in an Exchange 2003 envirement
