 how to get acces to sites where it is not even blocked but not working;;

hello.. i would just like to ask how to get access to a site where its not even blocked but simply it doesn't work.what i mean to say is i have been trying to get access to YOUTUBE nowadays but its not really working and it simply says ''CONNECTION INTERRUPTED'' and its been more than a week but recently i was on YOUtube and all of the sudden its gone now. thank you very much i hope u may help me with my problem.. my email is;; belly-on-fire3@hotmail.com

Things to check and consider: Check and see if the quality of your network connection is good. Do you have problems connection to other sites?
