 How to generate mail address into lower case
Active Directory
Hello, Since in my Active Directory user's Surname and Name has the initial in uppercase, the mail address policy generates a new address like : JDoe@contoso.com This format is unesthetic for the personn who receive the mail coming from my mail system How can I force the address policy to make only lower case addresses ? Thanks in advance, CS

Hi CSA, probably when you are creating a new profile in your AD (check with the engineer who does it actually), you are giving the first character in capitals and rest in small, otherwise by default if caps is off, it takes all characters in small and accordingly create the address book based on your address policy. So if entered in small, it will not automatically change any initials to capitals.
