There is no tool in Exchange to allow you to do this quickly and easily. You could manually open every resource in AD and check who has mailbox rights, of course this is labor intensive and time consuming. Of course some people will grant delegate rights instead and to find those who have granted delegates or folder permissoins you will have to open each resouce in its own profile and check it. There could possibly be a third party tool which will do this, but one that supports exchange 5.5 is doubtful.
