How to distinguish direct mail and forwarded mail
When someone is absent we frequently forward mail for the absent person to someone else in the department through Exchange. However, unless the sender puts 'dear harry' at the top, there is no way for the receiver to know whether the mail was intended for them or for the other person, and this affects the way they respond. Is S there some way of marking forwarded mail so that it looks different from direct mail?

Thanks -yes it helps, but the average secretary won’t like looking through all that code! I was hoping there might be some way of making the intended recipient visible as part of the detail normally visible in Outlook.
