The Registry Key is DisablePST. You can use that as a keyword in your Google search also.

However, couple of observations.

1. The registry modifications need to be done on a per-user basis. So if you have a lot of users, you will have some work to do.

2. You will need to apply Office SP2. Otherwise, users can add the Personal Folder service even after you apply the registry modification.

And needless to say, PLEASE be careful when using RegEdit. If possible create a system restore point.
