 How to delete user profiles in Windows 7

I am trying to determine the best way to delete user profiles on a Windows 7 computer. I work in an educational institution and so there are hundreds of user profiles that get recorded on each computer in the lab before too long. The built-in user profile manager only deletes one user profile at a time, so this is extremely inefficient.

 I see that in Group Policy there is the following option found under Computer Configuration -> Policies -> Administrative Templates -> System -> User Profiles -> Delete User profiles older than a specified number of days on system restart I have an OU called Students and tied to this OU are certain restrictions that control the computer environment. I have placed the computers in this same Students OU so that when the computer restarts the user profiles that are more than one day old will be deleted. However, i can't get this to work. The profiles are not being deleted.

Does anyone have any ideas why this group policy item is not working? Thanks for your assistance.

Have u selected the Enabled radio button ! NOTE: One day is interpreted as being 24 hours after a specific user profile was most recently accessed. This problem occurs because of an error in the User Profile Service. The Group Policy setting uses the time at which the profile was created rather than the time at which the profile was last used as the basis for determining when to delete the profile. Therefore, even if the user profile is still being used, it is deleted after the specified number of days have elapsed since the time at which created the profile. <img src="http://root/Desktop/User-Prof.png" alt="User-Profile" /> See this Microsoft KB artical http://support.microsoft.com/kb/983544 it will solve your issue and explain why.
