 How to delete e-mails from the Junk folder?

How can I change the administration of the Junk folder to allow me to delete e-mails?.

Generally, a person can easily manage the administration of their own email, including the junk Mail folder. If you are on a company network this might be different…..but you could really add some more information here such as: environment (your home, or company network) what happens when you try (are you getting an error that mentions permissions? Is this why you are looking to change administrative settings?). The more you add, the easier it is to assist you.
