Easiest thing is to make sure sysval QAUTOVRT is set to a number higher that your current amount of devices varied on, and then create your Emulator Session and connect. It will automatically create the device on the 400. Otherwise, CRTDEVDSP or CRTDEVPRT if creating printer. Type will be *VRT, and make/model will depend on if you are doing 132-column or not. If 132-column, it's 3477-FC. If I remember, 80-column is 3179-1
