How to create Hot Folder to automate printing jobs?
Hello, All

I have a network scanner only (it is not all-in one)that I would like to use it as a copier too (it is sitting next to Network Printer). I have set it up so the users can scan documents and select a shred or personal folder on the server to saved the scanned documents (PDF format) I want to know how can I create another shared folder(hot folder) that when users send the scanned documents to that folder(hot folder) it prints to a particular networked printer that sits just next to the scanner.

Software/Hardware used:
Windows 2003 Server, HP 4000 series, Canon ImageFront 220 scanner

Answer Wiki:
Your best option would be to create this "hot folder" that is available from the scanner. Then on the server or any other machine available to access this folder, you will need to install a 3rd party program like AutoPrint which will automatically print to a "default" program.
