Hello,

I am new SQL server DBA. I can create a new user. The request came in also ask for the password. Is there anyone can help me on how to set password to a user in in Enterprised Manager in SQL server 2000?

Under the server, open security, then logins. If it's a SQL Login you can set the password here. If it's a Windows login the password would be the domain password and has to be set by the user or the domain administrator.

Tian8168, you used a tag of “Tina” which has nothing to do with your question. When ITKE members want to answer SQL Server questions, they generally look under SQL Server, not Tina :-) So to get an answer, you should use tags that best categorize your question.
