How to copy Lotus Notes to another computer

I am going to rotate to another subsidiary of my company, how can I copy my present Lotus Notes mails to the Lotus Notes account of my new position. The mail server used by my present department is different and seperated from the server of my future post.

Are we talking about moving out of the present Domino Environment? If not then it is simple to Replicate the data to the other server from your home mail server. This can be done by anyone with Create new Replica permissions. FILE > Replication > New Replica (then pick the server from the drop down list)

Then all you will need to do is change your Location notes location to point to the new server and mail location (if changed) and your mail will be there waiting for you.

If you are moving Domino Environments would be to get a replica copy of the database without the ACL and then place the NSF on the new server and then create a person document to point to it.
