We would be more than happy to assist you with your configuration, but we will need more info, such as:
1) What MODEL of "Cisco Router" are you using?
2) What type of WAN connectivity do you have?
3) How is your router connected to your LAN and WAN devices?
A basic topology with the specific devices and how they're inteconnected would be the most helpful way for us to help you... :)
------------------------------------------------
Please let us know if what you are trying to do is:
Configure those two IP addresses to your router - one would be the LAN interface (192.168.X.X) of the router and the second the WAN interface (212.70.X.X)...
Is that what you're trying to do?
If it is, let us know what interfaces they will be using. Typically, Fast Ethernet for LAN and Fast Ethernet or Serial for WAN.
Please post back

If you live outside the United States, by submitting your email address you consent to having your personal data transferred to and processed in the United States.
you are going to have to define a route, whether it is a default route or a defined route between interfaces/networks.
