I take it that the printer has a network card..... if your network has static ip addresses assigned then you need to go to the menu of the printer and configure it with an ip that's in the range of your other network devices (pcs), if there's a DHCP server
then set the printer to get an ip dynamically, and to find out what the ip address of the printer is, go to the menu
under network config or similar to that.. and print the network settings or current config.
