		<description><![CDATA[We use Exchange 5.5 and there is a tool to add a disclaimer called the Internet Mail Service Extension DLL in the Resource kit. I don&#039;t know if it works with 2000 but you could check it out as it was free and for us did what we needed. I believe it was basically a registry entry that allowed RTF formatting.  Go here for more info.
