How to conduct systematic Load tesing?
Our product is built using API's (i.e, Client server model). We want to conduct Load testing to find out the break points. And at the same time we should be able to trouble-shoot where & why the issues are ? possibility of improving this break point level? etc
The reason is we want to have Benchmark results to show the customer that our product is stable/ reliable upto this load and these are our execution results.
What can be the systematic test strategy/ approach to conduct load testing?
