Outlook Public Folders, Exchange Public Folders, Outlook, Exchange System Manager
How to cofigure a public in outlook and system manager, when i configure a public folder into outlook there are so many problem accrued
like, SMTP,POP3 even this protocol is running. it has taken so many days I could not success
related this practice.
So I highly request to you send me step by step lab information about configuring public folder,
I will be obliged to you.

It can only de done from the client, not system manager.

Open Exchange System Manager.
Right Click on Public Folders Node.
Choose New Public Folder.
Follow the prompts to Name it and define properties.
It should have nothing to do with SMTP or POP3.
If your new folder is under the Public Folders node, it will show up automatically in Outlook. No configureation required if Outlook is already configured for Exchange.
I’m sure there are step by step guides you can purchase.
