HI; I'm new to cloud computing with msft .net background. I need to work on building cloud based application for education domain where content  video streaming is vital and also should have support for document collaboration, notifications and scheduling features for virtual class rooms. All of these features should be made available on tablets/mobiles and on internet. I run a small start-up and have budget constraints, but want to start of the development on cloud with obvious advantages and furure growth support. Pl suggest me where to start and also pros and cons of various cloud platforms like AWS, Google apps and msft azure services ect.,
