How to change the location where jpg is looked for in ACCESS
I enter data for trophy fish catches into an AK. Dept of Fish and Game database. I inherited the DB. I have no IT help. All pictures were in a messy folder with the DB. I sorted the pics into sub-folders. Now the program cannot find the JPG associated with a particular entry. I assume somehwhere the folder to search is specified, but being new to ACCESS I cannot find it. Where might I look so I could direct the DB to search the proper subfolder? Thanks and positive thoughts,

Try these links and see if they lead you anywhere. Unfortunately I don't have Access on any of my machines anymore otherwise I would give you direct places to look in the program. MS Access How-To Pages How to display images from a folder in a form, a report, or a data access page Good luck!
