It worked for a while and has now ceased yet again.

Go to Internet Options and delete temp files, History, Cookies etc and then try again. The “Handle” should reappear.

It worked one time on a Win2K laptop using IE 6. And I had to clear cache/temporary files. It wouldn’t work a second time.
