 How to change my email address for this application
ITKE
I need to change my email address and when I edit my Account, it will not accept it unless I put in my handle. The Handle field is not input capable. How do I get it changed?

Admin tried to solve same problem for me for a couple of weeks because the daily updates ceased. It worked for a while and has now ceased yet again. Go to Internet Options and delete temp files, History, Cookies etc and then try again. The "Handle" should reappear. Neil.

I don’t know. I battled that page for a couple weeks and got it to work once, apparently by accident.

It worked one time on a Win2K laptop using IE 6. And I had to clear cache/temporary files. It wouldn’t work a second time.

Unfortunately, NeilD has the best option right now. We should have this problem completely fixed, forever, by the end of the month.
