I am using Outlook 2007. Is there a way to change to reply all after pressing reply on an email without doing the CTL+A etc etc etc etc Thanks Rob Evelyn

Thanks. We'll let you know when a new response is added.

I know of no way to do this. I just close the open message and then hit “reply all” as I intended. Truly it takes so little time to do this, probably less time than anything else you could try. Of course if you have already begun the response and then realize you meant to reply to all then just cut what you have typed thus far, close the message and then hit the reply all and paste what you have typed. No work lost that way.
