how to block site by group policy

Hello Mr. Wiki ' Mr. Wiki i need some help about sites blocking in local domain based network by the sever2003r2 and by group policy so can you help me about this problem. please don't give me hosts file idea that is just local pc based if you have any idea about this type group policy so please must share with me. Use the GPO to add the sites in question to the restricted sites list. This will of course only effect IE, so getting around it is simply a mater of using FireFox or Chrome. Another option would be to add records for those sites to your local DNS servers.
