Tracy--I started to write the same instructions, but then I realized that it won't work in this situation. Those Mail Delivery options are only good for non-authenticated users (as in an unauthorized mail relay). Anyone authenticated to the AD will bypass the Mail Delivery options you set. Since this situation calls for the SMTP address to be blocked for all known users, this solution won't work.

I'm still trying to figure this one out. Is there an Anti-spam tool in place? Can it scan outbound messages? If so, you could blacklist that SMTP address.
