How to backup a SQL Server on a different Domain.

Backup servers, Backup software, SQL Server backup, Backup, Backup Exec 12

We have just upgraded our admin server, which has
an SQL database running on it. This server is also on
a different domain from the backup server, which is
running Backup Exec 12. Has anyone got any ideas
on how we can connect to this server from the backup
server that is on a different domain ?
