 how to archive lotus notes v 4.0.8 emails onto my pc?

Hi there Can you assist me with the procedure of archiving or backing up my email from lotus notes v 4.0.8 to my computer.

The issue you are going to have is that there is no native archiving in the version of notes that you are running.

You will need to have aan agent that will search via a time stamp and then get the agent to move them into another DB…..

Or manually Cut and Paste.

Sorry I cant help much further but there are no doubt others out there that remember version 4 better than I do.
