I'm relatively new to Windows Phone (specifically WP 8) so I need to figure out how to animate page navigation. I understand how to navigate from one page to the next through this code:
NavigationService.Navigate(new Uri("/AnotherPage.xaml", UriKind.Relative));
But this navigation is instant (which is what I don't want...it doesn't have any transition). What's the best way?

Thanks. We'll let you know when a new response is added.

You can do it using the Navigation Transitions component from  the Windows Phone Toolkit.

If you happen to have a Telerik Rad Controls license, you will also find an easy way to do it by using the RadApplicationFrame control.
