How to allocate the free space in Disc C to other disc

Recently ,I bought a computer ,there is only one disc in my computer ,i am wonder how to creat three more disc and allocate the free space in the c disc to the other disc in my computer if you can help i'd appreciate it very much .

    Thank you for your answer ,i have resolved the problem with the help of a software named Partition Assistant developed by  AOMEI Tech

    ,thank you all the same.what's more . i do not have to delete any disc or data .

    All i want to tell you is that it is possible to allocate the free space in the Disc C to Disc D.
