How to add second email domain with new recipient policy

Exchange 2003, Active Directory, Domain management, SMTP, .

Hello, I already have an email domain in place abc.com. I need to be able to add a second email domain 123.com with a new recipient policy. I have 5 new users to add to active directory that will need to utilize only 123.com. then possibly one or two users that will need both domains from the existing abc.com domain. I have created an orginizational unit for abc.com name abc but have not created the user accounts yet. I have looked in to creating the new recipient policy but unsure what to do in the policy tab it already lists two SMTP check boxes with abc.com (bold) and mail.abc.com. Do I need to select and create the new smtp?
