There are several files that you will need to restore to get the users preferences back..... Bookmarks.nsf - bookmarks - Openlist and bookmark lists (also view cache information and homepage) Desktop6 or 8.ndk - workspace Icons Names.nsf - address book - connection documents - personal encyption keys (other such stuff) If you are using version 8 standard then if you need to do the eclipse settings then the workspace folder in the program directory will bring all this back. If you do not have any of these then I am sorry to say this is going to be a manual thing and likely to take a while because there is no other way to know where the user put everything. There are several peices of software that you could buy to stop this happening again Panagenda Marvel Client / BCC Genie / etc. These can help manage and capture the users settings and also roam them from one machine to another. They can also allow you to remote manage all your clients if you need to. Sorry if this has not helped but if I have missed something let me know.
