Open a command prompt and type sysdm.cpl

That should show you your system properties

Ramsey- Or Run and type msinfo32

    I'm sure if you check on your computers properties by going to control panel>system and security>system there should be something stating installed memory. Or at start up most computers display amount of memory installed

    right click my computer and select properties. System info will display in the panel, including manufacturer, model, processor, computer name, etc.
