A very wise man once told me that the answer to any "good question" always begins with the same two words--namely: "That depends..." In your case, it depends on which part of the country you live in, what industry or industries you do IT stuff for, and--given the current rotten job search situation--"how low can you go?" I'd urge you to check regular salary surveys from Certmag.com, CertCities.com and also from professional compensation or search firms such as Robert Half, Manpower, Inc., and Foote Partners. My guess is that an RHCE/CCNA/CCNP could get into the 90s or even the low 100s in major, major metro areas where companies are still hiring (DC, NYC, Houston, and so forth) or as low as the 50s or 60s in more depressed parts of the country.
That should give you some kind of ballpark anyway, I hope this is the kind of answer you were looking for.
