I still see a lot of companies with no social media strategy and limited controls around acceptable computer usage. I’m sure the average HR manager or business executive would be dismayed by how much “goofing off” on the job is taking place.

Social media strategy is one thing; acceptable usage quite another. I do know that when you’re trying to run a business you need to keep things in check through a reasonable employee monitoring program. It’s the only way you can minimize your business risks in this area.

First all the people need to know the risks of social media. If you are a little company with no secrets for other people there no problem. But if you have some secrets like special information or something you need to know the risks. just one click and everyone can read it. I thinks the best way is that you just allow a couple of people to say things on social media about the company. These people needs a training to learn how you can use this media, what the risks are, what kind of social media there are and so on.If your company starts with social media. It's positive for advertising but can have a negative effect if some secrets or mistakes happen.
