Lotus Notes Calendar
I have a terminal in a conference room where multiple users access their lotus notes email. I have it set up so that they each have their id file located on the machine and select their id to log into the machine. The problem I have is that when they open their email box they are unable to access their calendar, they get an error that they are "not authorized to access that file". Can you point me in the right direction in making it so that they can access their calendars from this terminal?

Thanks. We'll let you know when a new response is added.

How did they open the mailbox, did they click the welcome page mail icon or go to workspace and click their mail icon ?

if they click the mail icon on the welcome page, it depends on the location setting for the mail file setting is it set to the current user login

work around is to ask user to access at the workspace
