I'm using Outlook 2003. I have a shared calendar that has a weekly event. A colleague requested a resend on the weekly meeting but now all my other colleagues are mad and are rejecting the invite since they have received it again. How do I only send it to one person?

Thanks. We'll let you know when a new response is added.

Open the meeting and click on the forward button. Forward the event to the single user.

You can also try opening the meeting, removing the person in question, re-add them then save. You will be prompted to send and be given a choice just to send to the person you added. Choose that option.

Found the secret to forwarding a calendar invite to only 1 person, and not re-sending it to the original receipients. Open the meeting, go into SCHEDULING- add the person to the list and then click on Send Update and it will give you the option to send to only added/deleted persons or everyone.

Removing the user from the meeting will cause the user to miss meeting updates, so that would not be a good option.
