I don't think you can do this without an Edge Transport Server.

It would depend on what you are doing for SPAM filtering? What method are you currently using for your SPAM filtering?

If you have a spam filter, you can whitelist the domain: *@domainnameyouwishtoallow, to exclude it from filtering
