 How do I write a program to launch an existing .net 2003 program?

I have written a program using .NET 2003 but I can't find the source code to launch the program (screen with options to install program or cancel). I wrote it in about 2006 and the original computer has gone the way of all computers over 3 years old and the back up CD is showing that it is blank. Other back hard drive crashed a few years ago. Can anyone help?
