 How do I set it up: Do I use my login or hers

How do i set it up: From my wife's work to view her computer on our home computer. How do I log into mine or hers.

First you have to see if her network will allow you to access her computer, mainly her network, from an untrusted site.  I would believe that they may have the means to use VPN for the situation you are asking.  If so, once you VPN into the network, just bring up the Remote Desktop, put in either her computer name or IP, and then log in.  You will have the same settings as if she was there.  But you need to answer the first part, without that, you are not going to get in, especially with a firewall in place,

So the answer would be let her works support staff deal with it as she may get in trouble if this is done outside of their knowledge
