I too agree with the suggestion given by Sumeshbnr. According to me use of third party tool is the easiest and the fastest method to reset administrator password. In past, I have also used password recovery tool (I guess it was Stellar Phoenix Password Recovery) to successfully reset administrative password of my PC.
