You'll need to provide us with more information so we can best help you.

a model number and manufacturer name would be most helpful.

Usually on like HP printers you can print the config by going into the network menu on the printer and doing a print config. if it does not have an LCD screen then you can hold down one of the two or three buttons for 3 seconds and it will print. or the top and bottom button for three seconds. Let us know what hardware you are trying to print the config for.

Deer, do you still need an answer to this question? we still need to know what model/type of system are you trying to print a config from? If you know the IP you can use your browser on newer printers to get into the admin panel to get the config on the device. let us know what you are looking for and we can help!
