How do I migrate user accounts from NT 4.0 to Win server 2008?
My company has finally realized our dinosaur won't cut it today. I need to export all user accounts to the new server and am concerned that I cannot set the 2008 server as BDC and then promote it. Is it possible to export the user accounts to a file and then export them into the 2008 server? What is the bset practice for this senario?
