How do I merge an Exchange mailbox with a group calendar account?

We recently migrated to an Exchange Server environment in which a group calendar was set up for a department with one email address associated with it. For some reason, the group email address the department actually used was completely different. As a result, we now have two Exchange mailbox accounts for this department. This department uses one mailbox account for group email and the other account is used for the group calendar. I've been told there is no easy way to merge the group calendar mailbox account with the second email account they actually use (where the calendar is currently empty). Any assistance would be much appreciated.

Thanks. We'll let you know when a new response is added.

Open the group mailbox. Add the calendar mailbox to the folder list (tools, account settings, change, more settings, advanced tab. Add mailbox, ok, finish.) Once the calendar mailbox is on the folder list click the folder list button lower left in the outlook window. Click the calendar in the calendar mailbox. Go to view, change view to all appointments so they all show as a list instead of a normal calendar view of days. Highlight all appts you want to move, right-click and choose “move to folder”. Move to the calendar in the group mailbox. Voila!
