Please be aware that if your Exchange server is NOT exclusively internal (if it faces the Internet, as most - not all, but most - e-mail servers do) and you enable the relay function, you run the risk of your domain being blacklisted by the major ant-spam list keepers (such as Spamhaus, the Real Time Black Hole list, SORBS, etc...).
